About Me
Hello! I am Kimseng Suon, a 17-year-old Cambodian story-teller based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. I am a high school graduate from the Liger Leadership Academy (LLA), and currently pursuing a career in filmmaking as a photographer, cinematographer and editor. I am also a passionate marine conservationist that have worked with Marine Conservation Cambodia (MCC) to help implement and research solutions to mitigate the impact of trawling in the Kep archipelago.

2016, awarded "best documentary" at the Phnom Penh Youth Film Festival.

2018, documentary was premiered at the Singapore Eco Film Festival hosted at the ArtScience Museum. I was also one of the panelists for that year.
​
2018-2021, junior cinematographer and editor for Minor Act.
​
2019, a film that I directed was screened at the annual Chaktomuk Short Film Festival.
​
2020, graduated from LLA.
